SOUTH AFRICA MEETINGS
GREAT SUCCESS

Pastor Lloyd & Regina Blount and I finally arrived at Johannesburg, South Africa airport after being in transit for 3 days with a 12 hour lay over in Paris, France. We were met by Pastor Vivian Pieterse & Pastor Nehemia Kgoboko & Pastor Vivian had a full schedule laid out for us to minister in different churches every night starting the night of our arrival God moved mightily in every service with many souls healed and delivered.  Everyone received us with open arms of love and went out of their way to show us wonderful hospitality.  Pastor Vivian is the overseer of more than 20 churches.  We were privileged to speak in the church that Rev. John G. Lake started.  Pastor Vivian also pastored this church which is now being pastored by Pastor Nehemia.  Thanks to our partners for making this trip possible.

LETTER FROM PASTOR VIVIAN PIETERSE
AND ANNA PIETERSE MISSIONARIES

Dear Pastor Helen Redman,

We want to thank you once more for coming to So. Africa and for bringing Pastors Lloyd and Regina Blount.  We feel God has planned this visit and provided the right people to come with you.  You have all blessed us and our people.  We were blessed with excellent Word preaching and Spiritual results.  We thank God for the revelations from His Word, the healings of the sick and for many souls that were saved.  Pastor

Thupajagosi and the church in Mogwase Bophutatswana and well as Pastor Nehemia Kgobokoe in Thiabane Rustenburg were blessed by your ministry.  The church in Phokeng, Pastor Khokong where pastor Lloyd labored so diligently are blessed with many new converts.  The church in Pretoria, Pastor Naicker has received a special word of encouragement and is still rejoicing.  The church in Dobsonville Soweto, Pastor Isaac Manke feels that one evening was not enough for them.  Pity we did not have more time -- as it was we worked you people too hard.  We are sure the Lord will send you and the Blounts back to Africa many more time.

SOUTH AFRICA TRIP REPORTS

Our trip to South Africa was great! To God be the Glory, great things He has done! The greatest miracle was to see people saved.  Praise God, people were saved, healed and lives touched! We went to village churches that have never had electricity.  Many became alcoholics because poverty is so prevalent.  So. Africa is a place of change and needs our prayers.  The pastors and churches were so gracious and hungry for God.  A special thanks to Bro. Vivian Petersia.  He was our contact to the village churches and took us where we needed to be.  Africa, as all nations, needs an outpouring of the Spirit.  The last Sunday we were there, Lloyd preached at a church away from Rustenburg~ I preached at the local church where Bro. Nehemia was pastor.  The church was packed with 600 or more people.  They put chairs up to the pulpit and still people were standing outside and down the sidewalks in the hot sun.  The people endured the heat just to be in church! We are so blessed and I feel sure not many in our country would endure these conditions to be in church.  We must keep So. Africa in our prayers.

God is doing great things in So. Africa.  I had the opportunity to preach to several different tribes.  I learned a lot about these people and their customs.  each tribe has a king.  Each king has an average of thirty wives and from two to three hundred children. Each wife would have several male friends.  It goes on and on.  It is a task to convert these people. In the churches I saw true hunger and thirst for God, His Spirit and His word.  They love to hear the word of God preached and are very open for miracles and healings.  I met some wonderful pastors.  All were very open for the move of God.  All had said that each message was an on time word for there people.  The needs are great. The government is declining and also their monetary system.  The nation needs our prayers.  I felt our trip was led of God and was very profitable.  Many people were blessed, and pastors encouraged.
