FAMILY  NEWS

Don

My son completed his "Trolley Boat" amphibian prototye (4 years!).  It was Coast Guard approved for 42 passengers.  It will co-op locally with Daytona Speedway.  Subsequent vessels are scheduled for Miami, Alaska, San Diego and St. Louis.  He worked so hard, fearlessly, to make this dream a reality.  We're all very proud of him.

Gwen

Still singing - taking Music Theory college classes and helping Don set up the office for Trolley Boats - preparing to teach music when the girls are grown.

Jessica

A senior this year - aspires to create/operate a holistic spa that offers everything from nutritional counseling to message (a pampering-educational escape).  She is enjoying her teenage years and will attend college next year working toward a combined degree in bsn/nutrition.

Angel

A sophomore (4.5 gpa in the internation Baccalaureate prgm) - considering a career in Music Therapy (using music to heal among other things).  She recently placed 1st in a local "Voice of Democracy" contest with a patriotic speech entitled "Freedom's Obligations" winning a $500 scholarship.  It placed 2nd in district garnering an additional $200 scholarship.

Chris, Patricia, Adam, and Caleb

Pastorlng in Woodville, GA.  The boys are 8 & 6 now.  Chris & Patticia are doing a wonderful job raising them in the nurture and admonition of the Lord.

Alisha, Danny, and Austin

Living in the Atlanta area - Alisha is pursuing a degree in acctg - Danny is a property appraiser.  Austin, Danny's son, is 8 years old.

Shirley and Bill

My daughter and son-in-law live in Hominy, 0K.  Shirley works at Conners Correctional Center.  She is in the office now instead of being an officer on the floor.

Dionne

Shirley's daughter and grandson Michael live in St. Louis, MO.  Mike will be 10 this month.

Marc

Shirley's son has 3 children.  They live in the St. Louis area.  Marc will be moving soon to Hominy, OK for a year or two.  It will be nice to have him nearby.

Helen

God has given me a wonderful family.  I have so much to be thankful for.

Ecuador Ladies Seminar
April 28-May 9

CMA will be working with Missionary Chris Ranalli of Quito, Ecuador in setting up ladies seminars and speaking engagements in various locations.  Esther McMasters, the widow of W.S. McMasters from Walker, LA and Regina Blount, pastor in Hammond, LA will travel with me to help with the teachings.
Please pray about becoming part of the team.  It takes 3 kinds of people to make up the team.  Those that pray, pay, and go.  It takes all 3 to get the job done.  Please mark your check "Ecuador".

ABOUT ECUADOR

As the name implies - Ecuador lies draped across the equator in the northwestern corner of So. Am.  It shares a border with Peru to the south and east, and is bounded by Colombia to the north, and the Pacific Ocean to the west.  Quito, the national capital, sits centered at the northern end of the country in an Andean Valley only 22 km (14 mi) south of the equator.  Guayaquil, Ecuador's other main city (and its only major port), basks on the sweltering southern coast just north of the Peruvian border.

Your financial contributions toward travel expenses for the seminars are greatly appreciated.  Please designate on your check the seminar you wish to help with.

We'd love to hear from you:
