At the close of every year we take inventory of what CMA has accomplished during the year. I stand in awe of all the lives that have been touched and changed around the world through the ministry of CMA. It is you our partners that has made this possible. It is with a grateful heart I can say “Thank You” for being part of the team. The following report will let you know how and where your money was spent.LIRA, UGANDA, AFRICA I felt in my heart this trip would be a mission of hope to the hopeless. Bro. James Oonyu stated before we came that the women had no joy. The pastors would try to get them to smile without success. At the end of the seminar they were laughing, dancing and full of joy. All the pastors were amazed. Following are a few of the testimonies from the women. It was so good experiencing the fellowship of more than 500 women in Lira together at a power packed conference. Everything in the conference was just perfect from the teaching, the wonderful climate, the food, the accommodations and the joy of all women and men present in the conference. God organized this conference and I thank Him for the love and blessings upon the people of Northern Uganda. This was one of the huge signs of His love for us. Thank you Sister Helen Redman and Pastors Lloyd and Regina Blount for your ministry in Uganda. I feel this is just the beginning of the beautiful relationship of your ministry in our country. I believe God is going to continue doing great things through you throughout the world. Mary Oluka I thank God for enabling me to attend the women’s conference in Lira which saw me healed on Sunday, May 6, 2007 from the bad pain I had in my whole body. God bless the mission team from America for the teaching we experienced. Agado Martina I thank God for my 2 sisters and brother from Christian Missionary Assoc. for bringing us a Word which was life changing. Based on the comments I heard from fellow women after every learning session, the teaching of the conferences was a blessing to our lives and we pray to God to bring you back to Lira for more conferences. Achen Susan Orum GUADALAJARA, MEXICO By the time you receive this newsletter I will be in Mexico along with Esther McMasters working with John & Chery Robles holding a first time ladies seminar in Guadalajara. Please pray for us as we minister to over 400 women during this much needed seminar. A full report and pictures will be in next months newsletter. |
