LADIES SEMINAR The first testimony below is from Lilian Oonyu, Bro. James’ wife. The other three are from the many we have received from ladies who attended the seminar. I am so thankful to God for blessing the first Christian Missionary Assoc. mission in Uganda. It was powerful experiencing the teaching of Rev. Helen Redman, Pastor Lloyd and Regina Blount in the Lira Women’s Conference, Mbale Revival Conference and Joint Christian Efforts Church in Entebbe. The mission was a great success; uplifting, educating, full of blessing with the power of the Holy Spirit and deliverance. This left souls challenged and thirsting for God. It was so fulfilling seeing souls won into the kingdom of God and lives changed. Each time I and my husband receive a phone call with a testimony, we break down into praise and worship for the mighty working of the Lord. I learned that with God all is possible and nothing can separate us from His love which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. I agree with the testimony of my husband on how the devil tried to fail this mission up to the last minute preparations. But he failed! I am thankful to God for unlocking the work and trails of satan and finally we made it better and beautiful for His glory! I am left touched and challenged with the ministry of Rev. Helen Redman and Pastor Regina Blount. As a woman, I am so inspired with their love for God, His people and ministry. In this regard, I have opened my heart to learn and know God more and more, to allow His power to operate in my life absolutely, to be fully equipped to expand His ministry in Uganda! Finally, I wish to thank all the people who supported this mission right from its planning process to the last preparations. Your encouragement, prayers and financial support made this mission real and powerful. I thank the mission team for the great fellowship we had together and above all, the love they showed to the people of Uganda. God bless you! Lilian Oonyu I thank God for the great energy He gave me and my friends to walk as far as 30 km to attend a women’s conference in Lira. We had no transport to come to attend the conference. The devil wanted to take advantage of this, but we made it! God had a purpose for us in this conference. It was so moving to experience the working of God from the two ladies who came from the USA who ministered to us during the conference. It was a challenging experience for me. My life has never remained the same. Thank you God. Veronica Abeko >BR>I thank God for my 2 sisters and brother from Christian Missionary Assoc. for bringing us a Word which was life changing. Based on the comments I heard from fellow women after every learning session, the teaching of the conference was a blessing to our lives and we pray to God to bring you back to Lira for more conferences. Achen Susan Orum During the Sunday, May 6th deliverance service, I felt the power of God upon me when Pastor Lloyd prayed for me. I have been having bad night mares and pain in my body, but no more! I thank God for His power upon my life during the conference. Mary Apwonyi More testimonies will continue in next month’s newsletter. Thanks to our partners for making this seminar possible. cc |
